ZDQ or Zero Discount Quantity is transport that is not discounted at all and is at maximum rate (max rate) or the IT (Interruptible Transportation) Commodity Charge (variable cost) from the tariff.

This is shown in G2M2® as a volumetric number (mmcfd) and also as a percentage.
