NDQ Mult or Negative Discount Quantity Multiplier notes how many times the max rate is multiplied to get the top rate. This is currently set at 3 or 3 times the max rate in G2M2®.

For example,

• if the Max rate = $0.30 then the top rate would be the NDQ mult of “3” times that or 3 x $0.30 = $0.90.
