LNG storage initial table is computed during the setup period for each scenario. They are used to help establish the beginning storage level for each scenario. These are not the usual kind of input table that the user is responsible for. The values are determined by LNG storage capacity, LNG storage plan, and other parameters which could be set by the user which used by the scenario setup code.
