Gas storage Facility

<Gas Storage Facility> is the table which lists all the storage facilities.
In G2M2, only three countries have individual storage facility data, United States, Canada and China, shown in Table 1 (Example of 21Q4base).
For rest of the GPUs, there is usually a generic storage facility, named the same as the GPU itself, and indicating the total available storage, if there is any. If not, the capacity is set to 0.
For each gas storage node in G2M2 there is a storage ID, which is indicated at the first column in the <Gas Storage Facility> form. If the storage ID starts with “Gpu”, it indicates that it is a GPU level aggregated node. If not, it is an individual facility.
For example, for all the storage facilities in China, it starts with STG.
