FDQ or Full Discount Quantity is transport that is fully discounted down to the minimum rate (min rate) or the FT (Firm Transportation) Commodity Charge (variable cost) from the tariff. This is shown in G2M2® as a volumetric number (MCM) and also as a percentage.

For example:

If the Max Flow for a zone is 1,000 (1,000 million cubic feet of Natural Gas per Day) and the FDQ% is 50%

then the FDQ would be 500 (500 million cubic feet of Natural Gas per day)
